Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, services, communications, and related

services provided by Generations Painting and Construction Services LLC, doing business as

Generations Roofing and Remodeling and Generations Home Services (“Generations,” “we,” “us,” or

“our”).

Generations Roofing and Remodeling and Generations Home Services are DBAs (Doing Business As

names) of Generations Painting and Construction Services LLC. Both business names operate under the

same legal business entity, Generations Painting and Construction Services LLC.

Any reference to “Generations,” “Generations Roofing and Remodeling,” “Generations Home Services,” “we,”

“us,” or “our” in these Terms refers to Generations Painting and Construction Services LLC, including its

applicable DBA names.

By accessing or using our websites, contacting us, requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment,

communicating with us by telephone or text message, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Websites and Services

Our websites and services are provided to allow customers and prospective customers to:

  • Learn about our services

  • Submit service inquiries

  • Request estimates or consultations

  • Schedule appointments

  • Communicate with our company

  • Obtain information about roofing, remodeling, painting, repair, maintenance, and home improvement services

  • Request or receive other services offered by Generations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an inquiry, requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or otherwise communicating with us.

2. Service Estimates and Proposals

Any estimate, quote, proposal, or pricing information provided by Generations may be based on the information available to us at the time it is prepared.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a written agreement:

  • Estimates are not necessarily final prices.

  • Additional work or unforeseen conditions may result in additional charges.

  • Conditions that are not reasonably visible or discoverable at the time of an estimate may require additional work.

  • Final pricing and the scope of work may be governed by a separate written proposal, contract, work authorization, or other agreement.

A service estimate does not create a binding contract for work unless and until the parties enter into an applicable agreement.

3. Service Agreements

When you hire Generations to perform work, the services may be governed by a separate written contract, proposal, work authorization, or other service agreement.

If a separate written agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will govern the specific project or service in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.

Customers are responsible for reviewing any applicable service agreement before authorizing work.

4. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment times provided by Generations are estimates and may be affected by weather, emergencies, material availability, employee or contractor availability, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

We may contact you to confirm, reschedule, or modify an appointment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying Generations as soon as reasonably possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the property and requested services

  • Providing reasonable access to the property when required to perform services

  • Disclosing known property conditions that may affect the work

  • Obtaining any permissions or approvals that are the customer's responsibility

  • Ensuring that pets, personal property, and other items are appropriately secured when work is being performed

  • Making payments in accordance with applicable agreements or invoices

Failure to provide access or necessary information may result in delays, additional charges, or rescheduling.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be established through the applicable estimate, proposal, contract, invoice, or other written agreement.

Customers agree to pay all amounts due according to the applicable payment terms.

Generations may use third-party payment processors to process payments. Third-party payment processors may have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Communications

By contacting Generations or providing your telephone number, email address, or other contact information, you authorize us to use that information to communicate with you regarding your inquiries, appointments, estimates, projects, invoices, and requested services.

Where required by applicable law, Generations will obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing or promotional text messages.

For text messages, you may reply STOP to opt out of text communications and HELP for assistance.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out of certain communications may affect our ability to provide certain services or communicate with you regarding an existing inquiry, appointment, or project.

Our communications are also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

8. Telephone Calls and Call Recording

Depending on the communication system we use, telephone calls may be recorded or monitored for legitimate business purposes, including quality assurance, training, customer service, recordkeeping, security, and dispute resolution.
